Drop Off and Pick Up

Drop Off Procedures:

Please enter the building no earlier than 9:10 a.m. (8:30 a.m. if you pay for the Early Bird Program).  Parents and preschoolers will enter the south door (by the nursery).  Sign your child(ren) in on the computer using your thumb or fingerprint and then walk them to class.  The teachers will be waiting to greet parents and students and hear about any special instructions or comments you might have for us.  Children will be "signing in" this year in each classroom.  This is to help them learn to recognize their own picture and/or name, and practice writing their name in the older classes. Please help your child with the sign in process in the classroom as multiple children may be entering at once.  Also, this allows you to help your child transition into the school day and it shows your child that you value education and what is being learned at school. 

Pick Up Procedures:

Pick up procedures will be explained to upon enrollment.  ALL individuals will need to be on the registration form if they are to pick your child up at the end of the day.  Please be aware that pick up begins at 2:10 PM and ends at 2:30 PM.  Thank you! 

Early Pick Up:

If, for any reason, you need to pick up your child early one day, please enter through the main church doors.  You will need to sign in with the volunteer at the desk and then come down to the classroom to pick up your child.  You may be required to show id at the front desk.  Please always be prepared to do so.  Again, this is always for the safety of all children in our care.  We want to know who is in our building at all times and why they are there.
